Our forest stumpage sales offer a strategic solution for forest owners looking to their returns. The forest owner is provided with a fixed value for their forest, while purchaser assumes the risks associated with log market conditions and operational costs.
We can either establish a stumpage value or take the forest to market for competitive offers, managing the entire process.

Options include Pay-as-cut sale, where a $/ton value is paid monthly based on harvested volume, or lump sum stumpage sales, providing a discounted total for the entire forest, favoring the purchaser.
